Is-sinjal għal ROSS IL-FORN għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal imqassar għal ROSS. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ R bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u titla’ u tinżel malajr darbtejn jew iżjed mill- u lejn il-ħalq bħallikieku qed tiekol biċ-chopsticks. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal FORN biż-żewġ idejn livell tal-qadd jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-idejn jimxu ’il quddiem.
The sign for BAKED RICE has two parts. (i) First the shortened sign for RICE is made with one hand that takes the shape of R with palm facing inwards. The hand moves up and down to and from the mouth twice or more as though eating with chopsticks. (ii) Then the sign for OVEN is made with both hands at waist level. The hands take the shape of 5 with palms facing forward and move forward.
